Hi guys No one close to Luke knows who I am, but I'd like to donate just a bit to the cause. I used to talk to Luke on twitter a few years ago about sports etc. And after a couple of years off of twitter I thought I'd rejoin and catch up with Luke, and was deeply upset and shocked to read the news. I know it's now two years gone which is the most shocking thing. My thoughts are with his family and friends, it's a shame I never got to meet him, he seemed like an amazing guy.

Funds raised from our sleepout

This amount of money was raised from Luke's funeral, his mums workplace and Luke's workplace. His funeral was packed with friends, family and his friends and fellow members of staff and all of them who could did contribute and put a donation into the box. Luke was a funny, friendly and honest son, brother, uncle, nephew, grandson, cousin and friend so i'm proud to have raised this amount of money for epilepsy and the people who have sadly passed away and not able to live the rest of their lives. As his mother and step father I hope one day SUDEP will be able to be prevented and known more to others to save them from the devastating heart ache of losing a precious family member!
